Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to payments made to Ozone Association of Apartment Owners for various services and contributions.
Important: Please read this policy carefully before making any payments. All transactions are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Service Categories and Refund Eligibility
2.1 Durga Puja Subscription
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund: 30+ days before event
- 50% refund: 15-30 days before event
- No refund: Less than 15 days before event
Processing Time:
- 5-7 business days for approved refunds
- Refunds credited to original payment method
2.2 Food Coupon Sales
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund: 24+ hours before event
- No refund: Less than 24 hours before event
- Emergency cancellations considered case-by-case
Special Conditions:
- Medical emergencies may qualify for full refund
- Documentation required for emergency refunds
2.3 Donations and Special Subscriptions
⚠️ Non-Refundable: All donations and special subscriptions are final and non-refundable as they are considered voluntary contributions to community welfare.
Exception: Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Technical errors in payment processing
- Duplicate payments due to system issues
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
2.4 Corporate Sponsorship
Refund Terms:
- Subject to signed sponsorship agreement
- Refunds based on contractual terms
- Event cancellation may qualify for partial refund

Submit Cancellation Request

5. Special Circumstances
Event Cancellation by Association
If the Association cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), full refunds will be provided to all participants within 10 business days.
Technical Issues and Payment Errors
- • Double charges due to technical glitches will be refunded immediately
- • Failed transactions that show as successful will be investigated and resolved
- • System errors resulting in incorrect amounts will be corrected
Medical Emergencies
Refund requests due to medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Valid medical documentation must be provided within 7 days of the request.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- • Change of mind after payment completion
- • Failure to attend events without prior notice
- • Dissatisfaction with event arrangements
- • Personal scheduling conflicts
- • Voluntary donations and contributions
- • Late cancellation requests beyond policy limits
- • Weather-related personal inconvenience
- • Transportation or travel issues
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal through the following process:

- 2 Provide additional documentation supporting your case
- 3 Appeal will be reviewed by the Association committee
- 4 Final decision will be communicated within 10 business days
